Who you are buying from
Merchandise on this site is sold by Collective Reach LLC (d/b/a Creative Reach), Lafayette, Louisiana, through Stripe. Your receipt comes from Stripe and the charge appears as Collective Reach LLC.
Pickup orders
Free pickup is at Parc Village, 2323 Moss St, Lafayette. We email you when your order is ready and hold it for 60 days. If you cannot collect it, email us and we will arrange shipping (our flat rate applies) or a refund of the shirt.
Shipped orders
We ship within the United States for a flat $7. Orders ship within 10 business days of payment. If we cannot ship inside that window, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges and returns
Wrong size? Email us within 14 days of pickup or delivery and we will exchange it for another size, subject to stock. Returns for refund are accepted within 14 days if the shirt is unworn and unwashed; the refund goes back to your original payment method once we receive the shirt. Return shipping is on you unless the error was ours. Shipping charges are not refunded except when the error was ours.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. No need to send it back unless we ask.
How to reach us
Email josiah@thejuneteenthstory.com with your Stripe receipt number. Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your state.
